He joined the Tour in 2013 through Q-school and won twice in his rookie season taking the Russian Open Golf Championship (Senior) with a wire-to-wire victory 17 years after his fourth-place finish in the Russian Open – his best result on the Challenge Tour.
Simon would add the Dutch Senior Open trophy in 2013 on his way to finishing third in the Order of Merit and would go on to
record another win, claiming the French Riviera Masters title in 2015.
More recently he finished as runner-up in the 2022 MCB Tour Championship Mauritius along with four other top ten places that season, ending it 13th on the MCB Road to Mauritius rankings.
Having grown up in West Sussex, Brown moved to Austria in 1984 and then on to Germany when he would work as the Head Pro in Bonn’s Golf Club Rhein-Sieg.
