In this Terms of Business Agreement “we”, “us” and “our” means European Legends Tour Limited.
We are registered in England and Wales Company No. 12520960 and our registered address is Apartment 3, 10 Soho Square, London, United Kingdom, W1D 3QD.
The European Legends Tour Limited is 30% owned by European Tour Limited and 70% owned by Howsam Limited.
In seeking products through us, you agree to the Terms of Business Agreement. This does not affect your normal statutory rights.
We are committed to treating you fairly in all our dealings with you now and in the future. You will not receive advice or a recommendation from us. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

To provide better customer service, your calls may be recorded and monitored for quality and compliance purposes.
You have the right to cancel as per the Terms & Conditions of purchase.
The sales process will not be complete until after payment has been made in full.
At The European Legends Tour, we will do everything possible to ensure that you receive a high standard of service. However, if you are not satisfied with the service received and you wish to register a complaint, please contact us and we will try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

This Terms of Business Agreement, and all quotations and policies that we obtain for you are subject to the law of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales unless your policy document states otherwise.
Staysure is a trading name of TICORP Limited, which is a subsidiary of Staysure Holdings Limited.
Staysure Travel & Golf Insurance is arranged by TICORP Limited which is registered in Gibraltar company number 111526. The registered office is First Floor, Grand Ocean
Plaza, Ocean Village, Gibraltar. TICORP Limited is licensed and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission No. FSC1238B and trades into the UK on a freedom of services basis FCA FRN 663617.
Staysure Travel & Golf Insurance is administered by Howserv Limited which is registered in England and Wales 03882026 and registered office is Britannia House, 3-5 Rushmills Business Park, Bedford Road, Northampton, NN4 7YB. Howserv Limited is authorised and regulated by the FCA FRN 599282.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases and entry to Legends Tour events. By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
Tickets are issued subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Legends Tour reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on legendstour.com.
By purchasing or using a ticket, the ticket holder accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms and any published spectator codes of conduct or ground regulations.
2. Purchase & Delivery
Tickets must be purchased through Legends Tour or authorised ticketing partners.
Tickets are non-refundable except in specific circumstances (see Section 6).
Tickets will be delivered as digital or e-tickets to the email address provided at purchase.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
3. Use of Tickets
Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain.
Tickets must not be used for promotions, competitions, or hospitality packages unless expressly authorised by Legends Tour.
Entry will only be granted upon presentation of a valid, undamaged ticket.
Ticket holders must retain their ticket at all times during the event.
4. Admission & Behaviour
Legends Tour reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual for behaviour that is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or in breach of these terms.
Attendees may be subject to bag checks and security screening.
No illegal substances, fireworks, weapons, or promotional materials may be brought into the venue.
5. Photography & Media
Spectators may take photos and videos for personal use only. Professional camera equipment and recording for commercial use is not allowed without accreditation.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded by Legends Tour and its partners for promotional and media purposes.
6. Event Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Play may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
If a day’s play is cancelled in full (no play takes place), ticket purchasers may be eligible for a refund of the ticket face value.
No refunds will be given for delays, shortened rounds, or partial play.
Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued to the original purchaser and exclude any booking or delivery fees.
7. Liability
Entry is at your own risk. Please be aware of the possibility of errant golf balls and natural outdoor conditions.
Legends Tour is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where caused by negligence.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Any unauthorised commercial activity, ambush marketing, or betting activity is strictly prohibited.
Any breach of conduct may result in ejection without refund and potential legal action.

Playing Experiences Promotion – Terms and Conditions
General
The promoter for the purpose of this promotion (the “Promotion”) is European Legends Tour Limited, a limited company (registered no. 12520960) whose registered office is at Wentworth Drive, Virginia Water, Surrey GU25 4LX (the “Legends Tour”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
The Promotion is governed by the terms and conditions set out below (the “Terms and Conditions”). By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
How to Enter
To be entered into the Promotion, you must:
Submit the requested details via the competition entry form between 00:00 (GMT) on 9th April 2025 and 00:00 (GMT) on 11th May 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
Please note:
Entries outside the Entry Period will not be counted.
The use of scripts, macros or automated systems to enter is prohibited – such entries will be void.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. However, internet access charges may apply depending on your provider.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Entries submitted on behalf of another person or joint submissions will not be accepted.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to individuals who:
Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:
Players with an active Legends Tour membership and their accredited support personnel.
Players entered into the tournament associated with this Promotion and their accredited support personnel.
Employees (and their immediate families or household members) of companies within the PGA European Tour’s group.
Employees (and their immediate families or household members) of any organisation involved in the organisation, management, or administration of the Promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families or household members) of any company involved in the sponsorship or production of the associated tournament or Promotion.
Prize
The Winner will receive:
2 playing spots in an 18-hole fourball grouping (including a Legends Tour professional) at the 2025 English Legends Tournament (the “Prize”).
Prize Terms
The fourball will take place during the English Legends Tournament scheduled for 22nd–24th August 2025.
The Winner may nominate one guest (aged 18+) to join them.
Accommodation and travel are not included in the Prize.
The Winner and guest must comply with the general admission Ticket Terms and Conditions, which can be found here.
The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Legends Tour reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The Winner may be required to provide valid ID prior to receiving the Prize.
Winner Selection
There will be 1 (one) Winner selected.
The Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the Entry Period closing.
Notification will be sent by email and/or phone using the contact details provided on entry.
If the Winner:
Does not respond within 5 working days,
Declines the Prize,
Fails to meet eligibility requirements,
Or fails to provide required contact information within 7 working days,
…then a new winner may be selected from the remaining valid entries.
