Simon got his 2025 season off to the perfect start, winning the Staysure Marbella Legends by two shots to win his 2nd tournament in four starts.
 
In 2024, he capped a brilliant first year on the Legends Tour by winning Barry Lane Rookie of the Year. On top of his victory at the Farmfoods European Senior Masters, Simon was runner-up at the season ending MCB Tour Championship in Mauritius.
 
Griffiths made his Legends Tour debut in 2023 on limited appearances after he finished in a tie for 6th at Q-school, missing out by one place and two shots! He would go on to place 18th in his first event, the Riegler & Partner Legends.
 
He was runner-up in the 2008 Volvo China Open for his best result on the DP World Tour, while he won the Sunningdale foursomes in both 2003 and 2004 alongside Ross Fisher.
