He joined the Asian, Australian, South African, European Challenge Tours and more locally the UK South Region circuit for 6 years and registered a number of victories within the UK circuit.
He has more than thirty years of experience working in golf resorts such as Celtic Manor, Gleneagles, Woburn and Fancourt establishing numerous golf academies and clubs throughout the world and is now the Head Professional at West Essex Golf Club.
In 2025, Baron participated in several Legends Tour events, including the European Legends Cup, Black Desert NI Legends, Grass & Co English Legends, Staysure PGA Seniors Championship, and Swiss Seniors Open.
