Adilson José da Silva is a six-times winner on the Legends Tour, including the OFX Irish Legends in June.

The Brazilian won a play-off against Patrik Sjöland at Seapoint Golf Links to take the title in the OFX Irish Legends – taking three extra holes to get victory number six on the Legends Tour.
Da Silva finished as runner up in the 2023 Race to Mauritius despite winning four times on the Legends Tour in the same year.
The Brazilian ran Peter Baker all the way to the final event in the battle to take the Order of Merit. He was also the season-long runner-up in 2022 – his rookie season. He registered a wire-to-wire victory at the Staysure PGA Seniors Championship as well as two second places on his way to being named the Barry Lane Rookie of the Year.
He would start 2023 in fine form, winning the Riegler & Partner Legends in Austria – the site of his Legends Tour debut a year earlier. Da Silva would add the Swiss Seniors Open, WCM Legends Open de France and the Vinpearl DIC Legends Vietnam titles to his collection, but it still saw him fall 717.6 points short of Peter Baker in the end of year rankings.
Da Silva was born in Brazil but moved to South Africa, he played a lot of golf in Zimbabwe – winning their Amateur Championship in 1992 before turning pro two years later. He would take over 30 titles on the Zimbabwean PGA Tour between 1996 and 2003 as well as winning their Order of Merit five times.
He is also a serial winner on the Sunshine Tour, holding the record for the most consecutive cuts made on that Tour with 43!
