The tournament represents a first visit of the Legends Tour to Cambodia and this landmark championship will bring together some of senior golf’s most celebrated figures, including Ryder Cup captains, Major champions and international stars, marking a historic milestone for both Cambodia and the global golfing community.
The event also marks the beginning of a $1.9million trilogy of Legends Tour tournaments – in Cambodia, Vietnam and Mauritius – that will close out the 2025 season and see the Order of Merit champion crowned.
The Vattanac Legends Championship, in partnership with Vattanac Brewery and Vattanac Bank, will place Cambodia firmly on the world stage, reinforcing the Kingdom’s reputation as a rising sports and tourism destination and reflecting the Vattanac Group’s mission to celebrate Cambodia’s heritage, elevate national pride, and build the country’s future through sport, hospitality, and global partnerships.

Managed by Troon Golf, Vattanac Golf Resort features two award-winning championship courses designed by six-time Major winner Sir Nick Faldo, that seamlessly blend world-class design with Khmer cultural heritage.
The Vattanac Legends Championship will be held on the famed East Course, that was named best golf course in Cambodia at the 2024 World Golf Awards. A strategic golf course with dramatic water features, the East Course also pays homage to Khmer architecture and the country’s rich history with magnificent scale replicas of the world-renowned Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple and Preah Vihear Temple incorporated into the layout.
