In September 2020, Ryan signed a ground breaking joint venture with the European Tour Group, taking a majority stake in the Legends Tour. Howsam was invited by tournament promoter Gary Stangl to compete against the professionals at the Riegler & Partner Legends as an amateur in May 2022.
